QTSD™ TRAINING FAQ
QTSD™ trains at 2x different locations during the year. During the outdoor months (March-Nov), we train at:
The QTSD™ Academy Training Fields (2655 W Schrock Road, Westerville, Ohio - behind Northside Christian School)
During the indoor months (Dec-Feb), we train at:
The QTSD™ Academy Indoor Training Fields (776 Morrison Road, Gahanna, Ohio - inside the Gahanna Sports Factory)
At QTSD™, our coaches aren’t just “qualified”—they’re experienced AND educated. Every QTSD™ Coach holds professional US Soccer licenses, United Soccer Coaches certifications, and has passed our rigorous in-house QTSD™ Technical Development Certification.
Many have competed at the collegiate, semi-pro, or even professional level—both here in the U.S. and overseas. Even better, many grew up training right here in the QTSD™ Development Environment, so they know exactly what it takes to succeed.
When your child trains with QTSD™, they’re learning from proven experts who’ve been where your player wants to go.

At QTSD™, we know that every player’s journey is unique. That’s why we start by identifying both their current skill level and their true potential—so they get the training that challenges them and helps them grow.
Here’s how our training environment works:
QTSD™ Academy – Advanced groups require a pre-training evaluation (group or private).
QTSD™ Goalkeeper Academy – Requires a pre-training evaluation (group or private).
QTSD™ Collegiate/Semi-Pro Summer Program – For players currently competing at the college or semi-pro level.
High School Alternative Training Program – For high school players or “trapped” 8th graders.
Private, Partner, or Team Training – Open to all skill levels. We’ll complete an evaluation in your first session.
By placing players in the right environment, we ensure they are challenged, supported, and surrounded by peers who push them to improve. This is the mission of the QTSD™ Development Environment—and it’s how we help athletes develop into leaders; both on and off the soccer field.
At QTSD™, we welcome and encourage parents to watch their player’s training sessions - it’s exciting to see their skills, confidence, and love for the game grow!
To keep our sessions focused and productive, we simply ask:
Please respect the posted viewing distance so our athletes have the space they need.
Be a silent supporter—let our coaches handle the training while you enjoy watching your child shine.
No sideline coaching, so players can stay focused and confident.
Your positive presence helps create the best training environment for all players!
QTSD™ Weather & Cancellation Policy
We train unless it’s unsafe (dangerous weather or unsafe field conditions).
If we cancel:
Announcement posted on our website
Email sent to affected families
Make-up session offered
If you choose not to attend when class is still on, no make-up is provided.
Simply put, if it’s safe, we’re on the field!
QTSD™ Refund Policy
We’re committed to giving every player the best chance to train and that means keeping our spots reserved for families ready to commit to the program.
Please note:
We no longer offer refunds for dropped programs or missed classes. In the past, last-minute withdrawals often meant turning away other players who were eager to join, and that impacts both our athletes and our business.
This policy applies to all QTSD™ programs, including QTSD™ Academy, Private Training, and Soccer Camps.
Refunds for injury may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a note from your child’s doctor.
If a player can no longer train entirely due to a conflict, we will allow that player to convert their pre-purchased sessions to a "Future Training Credit" to any QTSD™ Training in the near future. Missed sessions CANNOT be converted to a credit.
By keeping our enrollment firm, we ensure that every available spot is filled with a player who can fully benefit from our training environment, and that no opportunity is lost for those waiting to join.
No. This is an important aspect of the QTSD™ training environment as we are truly club-neutral. Too many training organizations own clubs on the side, utilize club training facilities, or play director roles at local clubs. We believe that creates a conflict of transparency and honesty in a players development. We do allow coaches at QTSD™ to coach teams at various clubs, but they are explicitly prohibited from using QTSD™ as a recruiting platform (which our directors regularly review to ensure).
We want players to come to training at QTSD™ knowing they are in an environment free of soccer politics, full of self confidence building, and a coaching team that believes in them individually!
