PERSONAL MISSION:
 
My personal mission for coaching soccer is to help develop an athlete's skills and confidence on and off the field to help them achieve their goals.
 
LIGHT BULB MOMENT:

I have had many "light bulb" moments in my coaching career (and honestly hope to continue to have many more) but my most enlightening one was realizing that our relationship with players is sometimes more than just for a training session/ club season. Investing in our athletes' lives on and off is something I try to do with every player I train. As coaches we have a chance to be an outlet of support and we need to do everything in our power to make our athletes feel comfortable and confident in every aspect possible.

ONE THING I'D CHANGE IN SOCCER:

If I could change one thing in the US soccer mindset it would be to limit the number of clubs & leagues popping up everywhere; instead committing a stronger focus on coaching education and development.
