PERSONAL MISSION:
 
My personal mission as a soccer coach is to help assist players in their development on and off the field and to always help nurture each player’s love for the game.
 
LIGHT BULB MOMENT(S):

My light bulb moment as a soccer coach can be applied to any person with any passion in life - Always prioritize your passion. If you continue to push yourself, you will see results. When it comes to coaching, each player you cross paths with is different in some way. Take the time to figure out how each player differs then work towards figuring out what that player needs most for their development.

ONE THING I'D CHANGE IN SOCCER:

Coaching soccer was not something that necessarily crossed my mind while I was playing competitively. It was not until my daughter started playing soccer that I realized the need for good soccer coaches in the US, especially for younger kids. This is what really pulled me into QTSD™, their push for helping players recognize the importance of sharing your skills and knowledge with others.
