To facilitate a positive and encouraging environment in order to support players who put in effort and enjoy the game on their journey of improvement.
 
LIGHT BULB MOMENT:

Growing up, I watched players like Ronaldinho, Ronaldo, Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, and many others play with an unbridled vigor, passion, artistic style of soccer. I hope that everyone can find the beauty of intricacies of the game that influenced my love & style of play.

ONE THING I'D CHANGE IN SOCCER:

Nowadays, the emphasis on the "star" player leaves little place for each player's value to the whole team.

I hope to remind players they are developing their talents to become a more valuable member of their entire team as opposed to solely focusing on personal accomplishment/ attention.  In addition, helping players understand, develop, and exhibit camaraderie towards their fellow teammates because soccer is a TEAM sport!
