A mentor of ours once said “Sometimes we overlook the amount of thankfulness we should have. We’re always thankful for the large milestones but sometimes miss the smaller BUT more important moments of gratitude". Great insight and we don't want to miss a moment of gratitude for any/all the blessings we have; including YOU - our QTSD™ Family!
While Thanksgiving is a time of getting together with family & friends (yes, sometimes even the crazy ones), we wanted to take a quick moment to express our gratitude for everyone that plays a part in the QTSD™ mission.
OUR QTSD™ FAMILIES & ATHLETES: You are the reason we do this. Our goal is to affect people’s lives for the positive through the sport of soccer. And your trust in us to play a small part in your athlete’s soccer journey is humbling.
Yes, the surface level goal is high quality training sessions and more success on the soccer field. But more importantly, we aim to positively influence/affect players both on and off the field; using soccer to teach lessons that will last a lifetime.
“Your players will be people much longer than they will be soccer athletes. Remember that.” - Dan Seiffert
And over the past 11 years of our training company's existence, we can say our QTSD™ families and players have positively influenced us the same. Families that reach out when just to say “Hi!”, that we run into at shopping stores, or that recognize we are people too (and not just a business). And for that, we say "Thank you!" each of you; our QTSD™ athletes & families!
OUR COACHING TEAM: Our QTSD™ Coaching Team makes each and every session happen. A lot goes into a single training session; planning the sessions, researching drills, adjusting for the athlete, setting fields up … all with a high energy attitude. And we train close to 175-200x athletes a week at times! I couldn't be more appreciative of each and every member of our QTSD™ Team; whether coaching, helping with equipment management, field prep, pre-MesoCycle planning, extensive coaching education courses, curriculum development, scheduling, and more.
We started QTSD™ off with just two young coaches and it has grown into a team of about 10-12x coaches, a client interaction specialist, multiple “Future Coach Mentee’s”, and much more. Again humbled, and thankful for each our our QTSD™ Team!
OUR PARTNERS: Last but not least, I want to say “Thank You!” to each of our professional partners and sponsors. While our relationship is a business relationship, a lot more goes into these partnerships and we are thankful. A huge appreciate shout out to:
Northside Christian School (our year round outdoor field partner)
Gahanna Sports Factory (our indoor training field partner)
OhioHealth Sports Medicine (primary sponsor and service provider of sports nutitrion, sports psychology, and more)
Soccer Village (our Academy jersey printing source)
SoccerPlus (our hometown printing source)

If we missed anyone, please forgive us. The Thanksgiving turkey is starting to distract us!
Our goal at QTSD™ to change the youth soccer landscape is a significant challenge and will start with one player/ coach at a time. It will have moments of individual success, moments of larger success, and moments of setbacks. But more importantly, each of you play a significant part in that vision. The vision to change the status quo of youth soccer in America and we couldn’t be more excited to have you along for the ride!
